COURSE DESCRIPTION:

All races start facing west on Hwy 169 at the T intersection of Hwy 169 and the road to White Domes.

All runners make almost an immediate right turn onto the road to White Domes.

Runners continue out the road to White Domes passing Mouses Tank, Rainbow Vista and turning right onto the gravel road that goes out to Fire Canyon lookout.  There is a turn around out there and you proceed back on the same road arriving back on the main paved road.  10k runners will return to the start finish line, half marathon and full marathon runners will turn right and continue out to white domes.  At white domes there is another turn around and you come back on the main road to the T intersection.  Half marathoners finish here.  Full marathoners turn right and go west on Hwy 169 to the turn off for Atlatl Rock,  they make the loop around Atlatl rock and turn right again back onto Hwy 169 proceeding west on Hwy 169 to the top of the BIG HILL, turn around at approximately “scenic overlook sign” (mile 20ish) and then it’s a straight shot back to the finish at the T intersection.
